Spring Style at Old Navy

April 13, 2018

A couple of weeks ago, I was pretty frantic for a professional outfit to wear to an event I had to go to. I rushed over to Old Navy and not only found exactly what I was looking for, but ended up taking a bunch of other fun spring pieces home! I could not believe the amount of clothes I got for how much I paid. So, I wanted to share with you some affordable pieces that I found that can be worn during spring and even transition into summer!

This outfit is probably my favorite of all of them! I love to pair something super girly, like this lightweight, crisp-cotton peplum top, with something unexpected, like these gaping knee jeans! I saw these jeans at my Old Navy store, but could not find them online so I am linking similar ones here. This is one of those blouses that can be paired with anything: jeans, shorts, work pants, or even a skirt!

When I came downstairs in this outfit, my mom said the shirt didn't even look like Old Navy! And I agree! This style is definitely something I would find at a store like J. Crew, but it is nice because it has the Old Navy price! I am a sucker for anything with navy and white stripes and scallops, so of course this shirt won me over. Also, these flats! They are the perfect not-too-round-but-not-too-pointy flat. AND they are water and stain resistant!! BUT they don't feel like rubber! They are suede. Not sure how they did that, but it made me buy them in blush and black

shirt   /   pants    /   belt   /   purse   /   shoes

This is the outfit I went in looking for! The dress code was business casual and I felt like this outfit met that goal nicely! These pants are Old Navy's Pixie pants. They aren't a super thick and stiff material, but they aren't denim either! They are the perfect pair of cotton pants for the beach or the workplace. Also, the bag is Eleven Market! I love it because the fold lifts up and I can fit so much in there! It is also super affordable and goes with everything.

These sweet dress spoke to me with its blue and white stripes, and ruffle trim. I also think the semi-sweetheart neckline is flattering for anyone! This can be dressed up with heels and pearls or dressed down with a denim jacket and sandals.

shirt (under $15!!!)   /   jeans   /   shoes

I don't even want to tell you how many times I have worn this shirt this past week! It is just so easy to throw on with white denim, shorts, or even jeans! I have worn it multiple times with my gaping knee jeans. Also, flared white jeans are so fun! I always feel so bold when I wear them, but they are still so classy!

Old Navy almost always has 40% off everything and if they don't today, they probably will tomorrow! What things are you picking up?
