The blog is back in full swing now that finals are over! And to celebrate being back, and to celebrate the holidays a little bit, today I am sharing a gift guide for the beauty lover in your life! A couple of the items on this wishlist are on sale for the next three days, so make sure you click the links above and below to get some fabulous gifts for such a good price!
One. Morphe 9N Naturally Blushed Palette - when I saw that HauteLook was having a Morphe event, I immediately let everyone in my family know because first of all, Morphe has the best errything and second, it's even better when the best is 50% off (9 blushes for $15!!!). These blushes are so pigmented that you will only have to dip your brush in them ONCE to have enough color for BOTH cheeks. So this palette with beautiful, natural blushes will last you forever! If it's sold out on HauteLook by the time you read this, click here to get it!
Two. Tocca Uptown Girls Fragrance Set - I swear every Tocca perfume smells so good! When I saw this set online from Sephora was $45, I kind of thought it was a rip off. But then, I actually saw the set in store and these bottles are huge! You are definitely getting bang for your buck especially since you get four different scents! Perfume can be hard to buy, especially if someone hasn't specifically asked for it, but I promise that these perfumes are soft, not overpowering, and perfectly girly.
Three. Smashbox Light it Up Mini Eye, Contour, and Lip Palettes - 6 eyeshadows, 3 contour and highlight shades, and 6 lip colors for only $29 right now at Ulta! What I love about these palettes is that you can mix and match! You can use the contour palette as eyeshadow if you want to, you can mix the lip colors to make your own personal lip color, and you could even use the lip colors as a cream blush! These everyday palettes are perfect for the versatile lady in your life!
Four. Morphe Deluxe Contour Set with Zip Pouch - Not only does Morphe have good makeup, they are most known for their brushes. I have brushes by other higher end brands, but I pretty much only use my Morphe brushes which are soooo cheap and high quality! This set has six brushes and personally I would use them for foundation, blush, powder, concealer, eyeshadow, and maybe contour. If you would like to gift the softest-makeup-brushes-you-have-ever-felt to someone you know, go for this set! Also, if it is sold out on HauteLook, you can get it here!
Five. Butter London EventFull Patent Shine Nail Lacquer - If you have never tried Butter London nail polish, I feel you. I am too poor to afford a $15 bottle of nail polish when I see the same color for $3 at Walgreens. But, my sister isn't! She bought a bottle of this luxury nail polish and so graciously allowed me to try it. The formula is sooo different from others! Only one coat and it lasted forever! Now you can get a variety of colors for only $22 from Ulta! That's less than $4 a bottle! These make perfect stocking stuffers. Thank you, Santa!
Six. Colourpop Hot to Trot Lippies to Go - This is my favorite lip formula ever. This set from Colourpop comes with a nude, a mauve-y pink, a plum, a true red, and a dark blackberry. One side is a lipstick and the other side is a coordinating lip liner. I suffer from the driest lips and sometimes I just can't like matte lipsticks because they emphasize the dryness/make my lips more dry. But not these! If you have a lipstick lover in your life, or if you're one yourself, go ahead and treat them to this set!
